We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, The Doormat District reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Please be careful when entering your shipping address, we will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. However if you notify me in a timely manner before your item has shipped I will send to the correct address.
Current turnaround time for your item to ship is 3-5 business days. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Shipping is done via USPS or UPS.
As of right now we do not offer international shipping. Products from The Doormat District are currently only available for purchase and delivery within the United States.
